Dear Parents, Teachers and Students:
As high school proms quickly approach, the primary concern of every parent is the use of alcohol and associated dangers. Accordingly, CRT and Mega Education® members of Healthy Teen Hartford Coalition, a program funded through the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), partner to create a Prom Nite Hartford - "Get Ya Mind Right" contest. The winning contestants are awarded a night to remember: limousine transportation for the evening of the prom, and to star as cast members in a CRT -Mega Education® Prom Nite Hartford - "Get Ya Mind Right" reality film. Promotional ads are aired on television "edutaining" the public as to this dynamic coalition seeking to reduce underage drinking. The Program is empowered by the voices and decisions of Hartford’s youth, community members, parents and corporate partners.
Applications/entry form, release and DVD-R must be Mailed or delivered to the attention of Declon Joseph @ 1445 Main St. Hartford, CT 06105, 395 Wethersfield, CT & 1229 Albany Avenue, Hartford, CT no later than 4PM, April 9, 2010
