McDonald’s sponsorship of the Student of the Month program encourages perfect attendance, completion of schoolwork, good behavior and positive attitude. Each selected students is awarded a Mega Education® Student of the Month certificate, a sponsorship premium and a delicious McDonald’s breakfast. Of course, parent attendance at these events is encouraged and rewarded, proving to be an additional motivation for the students.
Let’s get creative! What better activity than to combine a PTO meeting with the Mega Education® Student of the Month Awards. Imagine how proud any child would be receiving an award with his/her parents present! A student from each home room is selected on the basis of behavior, attendance and effort and is awarded a Student of the Month Certificate and a Mega Education® incentive premium. There are also surprises for the parents! Students, parents and teachers are "edutained" by a motivational guest speaker and Mega Education® provides a pizza dinner for the families and teachers!.
