The importance of parent participation cannot be sufficiently emphasized. Parents need no special training, advanced diplomas, nor specialized credentials; just love and concern for the well being of their children. Mega Education® recognizes that parent participation is essential in order to maintain a successful school system. In this spirit, Mega Education® partners with school systems in support of the Mega Education® PTO Attendance Program.
How the Attendance Program works:
Participating schools email a list of each month’s attendees to megaeddie@megaeducation.com. The more PTO meetings a parent attends, the greater chance of winning any of the numerous incentives, including travel gift certificates, food gift certificates, event tickets to Hartford Wolf Pack Hockey, Ringling Brothers.Barnum & Bailey Circus and much more. Thanks to our business partners, there is something for everyone. Of course, the program is absolutely free!
Student of the Month Awards and PTO Attendance
What better activity than to combine a PTO meeting with the Mega Education® Student of the Month Awards. Imagine how proud any child would be receiving an award with his/her parents present! A student from each home room is selected on the basis of behavior, attendance and effort and is awarded a Student of the Month Certificate and a Mega Education®incentive premium. Of course there are surprises for the parents! Guest speakers motivate and inspire, and Mega Education® helps sponsor a pizza dinner for the families and teachers because education is a family affair. So get involved! Contact your school to find out how you can help in your child’s education.
